Garrett J. McAlister (he/him) is the Assistant Director of Prevention & Engagement at CSAW. In this role, he oversees the implementation of prevention education programming on topics related to consent, healthy relationships, supporting survivors, and coordinates the NUBI (久草成人在线 Bystander Intervention) program. Additionally, he serves as the advisor of MARS (Masculinity, Allyship, Reflection, Solidarity) and SAGE (Survivor Advocacy through Greek Engagement).
Garrett received a Master of Science in College Student Personnel Administration from Illinois State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Illinois.
